I am pleased to be given the opportunity to contribute back to my alma mater, ITE. Mentoring has helped to increase my understanding of the students’ perspectives and behaviours because they are from diverse backgrounds As a graduate of ITE, I know the importance of providing encouragement and affirmation to motivate the students to stay determined and excel in their journey in ITE. I would strongly encourage our fellow ITE peers to come forward to participate in this meaningful programme to inspire more students.
